About us

NajamStanova.com is a free search for long-term rental flats in Zagreb. We bring agency and owner listings together in one place, show whether the asking rent is usual for the neighbourhood, and send every click to the original ad.

How we work

  • Facts, not copies

From agencies we take facts only: rent, floor area, rooms and location. We don't copy descriptions, photos load from their own sites, and every card links to the original ad.

  • Unknown is not zero

If an ad doesn't state utilities, the deposit or pets, we say "not stated". The "Price in the area" bar always says how many listings it compares with, and over what period.

  • Free and open

Searching, saving and posting are free. Later we'll show clearly labelled ads and offer paid boosts, always marked as such. We don't sell visitors' data.

Where the listings come from

The agencies whose public websites we index, with the number of their listings we show right now. We don't take listings from the big classifieds sites and portals.
