Tool
Which neighbourhood is this street in?
Type a street to see which city districts it runs through, its nearest neighbourhood and how many flats are for rent there right now. The list has 5,175 Zagreb streets and all 17 city districts.

Streets and district boundaries: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Local committee areas: City of Zagreb (boundaries, 3 Feb 2025) and DGU (addresses, updated 18 Oct 2026), Open Licence (Otvorena dozvola), adapted by NajamStanova.com. A long street can run through several districts and committee areas; for a given house number, what counts is where the building stands.
Questions
How do I find out which city district a street is in?
Type the street name into the search on this page, with or without a house number. We show the city district that holds most of the street, the other districts it runs through, and the neighbourhood nearest its middle. For official purposes, check the exact address with the City of Zagreb.
How many city districts does Zagreb have?
17: Lower Town, Upper Town – Medveščak, Trnje, Maksimir, Peščenica – Žitnjak, New Zagreb – East, New Zagreb – West, Trešnjevka – North, Trešnjevka – South, Črnomerec, Gornja Dubrava, Donja Dubrava, Stenjevec, Podsused – Vrapče, Podsljeme, Sesvete, and Brezovica. City districts (gradske četvrti) are a form of local self-government in the City of Zagreb.
What if a street runs through several districts?
Then we list every district that holds at least 5 % of its sections in OpenStreetMap, the one with the most sections first. For a given house number, what counts is where the building stands.
Is a neighbourhood the same as a city district?
No. A city district is a unit of the city's self-government; a neighbourhood (kvart) is part of town as people call it day to day and in ads: Knežija, for example, is a neighbourhood in the Trešnjevka – South city district. We show both because ads usually name the neighbourhood and official data the district.
