Usually the first rent and the deposit, plus the agency fee if you find the flat through an agency. How much exactly depends on the listing: the tool uses the median of what listings for the chosen area and room count asked over the last 90 days.

What if a listing doesn't state the deposit or the fee?

Then it isn't known and we don't assume it. When too few listings state the deposit, the tool leaves it out and lets you enter your own. Ask the advertiser before the viewing.

Do you store my amounts?

No. Only the area and room count go to the server; what you have and save is worked out in your browser. For statistics we record only whether you reach the goal and how many months away the move is, in ranges.
