NajamStanova.com is run by Klarfels, a German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). The owner's full name, the postal address, the email address and the VAT ID are listed in the provider details on this page.

The activity doesn't require a licence, so there is no supervisory authority.

Responsible for content (§ 18(2) MStV)

Applicable law

The service provider is established in Germany. Under the country-of-origin principle (Art. 3 of the e-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC; Art. 4 of the Croatian Electronic Commerce Act), German rules apply to the service.
