Meter readings
How to read it
On an electronic meter the display changes about every ten seconds; the day rate is marked TAR 1 or code 1.8.1. Write down only the whole number of kWh, without decimals. On an older meter with number wheels, copy only the black digits; the red ones are decimals. A single-rate meter has one reading: put it in this row.
How to read it
The night rate is marked TAR 2 or code 1.8.2 (21:00–07:00 in winter, 22:00–08:00 in summer). The meter number is its serial number, usually also printed on the back of the bill.

How to read it
Copy only the black digits up to the comma; leave out the red ones after it. The reading is in cubic metres (m³). The meter number is the serial number on the meter's plate; it is also on the bill under "Broj plinomjera".

How to read it
Copy the water meter reading in cubic metres (m³) and the meter number from its plate. If the building has only a shared meter, water is split by the number of people in each household, so leave this row empty.

How to read it
Only some flats have a separate hot-water meter, for example in buildings with a heat substation. Write it down like cold water, in m³; if there is none, leave the row empty.

How to read it
District heating is read every month: HEP reads the building meter in the substation, and a reading company reads the radiator allocators remotely. If the flat has a heat meter, you can copy its reading from the display; allocator values are impulses, not kWh. With neither, heating is split by floor area, so leave the row empty.
