Questions

What should a tenant handbook include?
What tenants otherwise ask by message: the Wi-Fi name and password, where the meters and main valves are, how the heating works, when the bins go out, who the building representative is, how rent is paid and who to call when something breaks. We add the emergency numbers.
Do you store my data?
No. The handbook is put together in your browser and never sent to us. If you tap “Save in this browser”, the form stays on this device only until you delete it.
Who sets the house rules?
General rules are set by the national house-rules regulation (Pravilnik o kućnom redu u zgradama), and special rules by the building's co-owners. Copy into the handbook what applies in your building.
