The visits we send you

We count every click through to an original ad and show the total for all agencies here: for last month or, until we have a full month of data, since the day we started counting.

A click is a visit to your site, not an enquiry or a signed lease. That's how we report it.

How we index your listings

• We take only the facts: rent, size, rooms, location and similar.
• We don't copy descriptions or store photos. A card shows one photo and the listing details at most six, always loaded directly from your server.
• We don't store agents' names or contact details.
• The agency's name is always shown, and the button on every card says "View the original ad".
• Contact with the tenant always happens on your site.

The bot respects robots.txt and works slowly. All the details are on the Bot and source opt-out page.

How to spot our visits

Every link to an original ad carries UTM tags: utm_source=najamstanova.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=listing.

In your analytics, these visits show up as traffic from the source najamstanova.com.

Your agency profile

Every agency whose listings we show has a profile in the agency directory (najamstanova.com/en/agencies): the number of listings, the price range and the neighbourhoods, computed from its public listings.

Claiming it is free. Open your agency's profile, choose “Claim the profile” and sign in with an email address on your agency's domain, for example name@youragency.hr. Signing in proves you work there, so nothing else is needed.

After that:

• you add your logo and a short description,
• in “My listings” you see how many people viewed your listings and visited your site in the last 30 days,
• a claimed profile may appear in search engines.

No address on the agency's domain? Write to us from the address your agency uses. Once you've claimed your profile, you can also connect an XML feed of your listings instead of your website (the format is on the “XML feed for agencies” page, /en/for-agencies/feed).

Opting out

If you don't want us to index your listings, opt your site out here. It takes effect immediately, no questions asked, and you can also keep your listings without photos. We confirm by email. More about the bot is on the Bot and source opt-out page.

Email us at the address in the Imprint, in Croatian or English. We never contact agencies on our own initiative and we don't send unsolicited messages.
