XML feed for agencies: format and setup

How to connect a feed

• Claim your agency's profile in the agency directory (sign in with an address on the agency's domain).
• In My listings, in your agency's card, enter the feed address and click “Check the feed”. We show how many listings we can publish and why we skipped any.
• Click “Save the feed”. We save it only when the check finds at least one listing, and the first read starts straight away.
• From then on we read the feed four times a day instead of your website. If you remove it, we read your website again.

Format

One XML file in UTF-8, publicly reachable on your agency's domain (up to 20 MB and 2,000 listings). The root element is <najamstanova version="1">, and each listing is one <listing> element. DOCTYPE and ENTITY declarations aren't allowed.

Two fields are required:

• url: the link to the listing on your website (on your domain). We identify the listing by it, so a listing we already had from your website is simply updated.
• rent: the monthly rent, with the attribute currency="EUR".

Optional fields (the more, the better):

• type: apartment or house
• area: floor area in m²; rooms: number of rooms (1, 1.5, 2… or garsonijera for a studio); bedrooms: number of bedrooms
• floor and floors: the floor and the building's number of floors
• city, neighbourhood and street: city, neighbourhood and street (no house number); lat and lng: coordinates
• utilities: included, excluded or partial
• deposit and agency-fee: the deposit and the agency fee, as short text (e.g. “1 najamnina”, “50 % najamnine”)
• furnished: yes, partly or no; pets: yes or no
• available-from: the move-in date (2026-11-01); energy-class: the energy class
• features: a comma-separated list of amenities (balkon, lift, parking…)
• images: <image> elements with links to the photos (up to 12)

What we do with the feed

• We check listings by the same rules as all others: long-term rentals of flats and houses in Zagreb only, with the rent in euros.
• We don't take descriptions. We write the card's text from the facts, as for listings from your website.
• We show photos directly from your server, as before. If you allow copying in My listings, we resize them, strip hidden data and store them with us; we delete them when a listing leaves the feed or when you withdraw the permission.
• A listing that leaves the feed is removed at the next read. If the feed suddenly holds fewer than half of its earlier listings, we remove nothing, because that's usually an export error.
• Every listing still links to your original ad, and contact with the renter always happens on your website.
