For tenants
My flat
The rent, rent day, lease end and deposit of the flat you live in, in one place. From them you get a calendar reminder, the notice dates and tools that fill themselves in. Everything stays in this browser only.
Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Only in this browser, on your device. We don't send it to our server, so not even we can see it. “Delete from this device” removes it, as does the button that deletes all data in the footer.
What if my lease is open-ended?
Then there's no end date and we don't invent one. The moving-out plan works out the legal notice dates when you decide to leave.
How does the calendar reminder work?
The .ics file adds a repeating event on your rent day, with a reminder the day before. If the day is the 29th, 30th or 31st, in shorter months the reminder falls on the month's last day.
