Rooms aren't bedrooms

Croatian listings count every room including the living room, but not the kitchen or bathroom. So a two-room flat (dvosoban) usually has a living room and one bedroom, and a one-and-a-half-room flat (jednoiposoban) a living room and a small extra room. We never turn the room count into a bedroom count: the bedrooms column only uses listings that state it.

A studio (garsonijera) has living, sleeping and cooking in one room, with a separate bathroom. A one-room flat (jednosoban) has a separate kitchen, but living and sleeping share the room.

Set room sizes exist only for flats from the state POS programme; for other flats the room count is an advertising label, not a legal category.
