Featured listing

Your flat sits at the top of the first results page for searches it matches, labelled “Featured · paid”. It also keeps its usual place in the list, so no other flat moves down.

  • At most two featured listings per page, rotated every hour
  • A more visible card, with the same facts and the same fair-price bar
  • When it ends, we send you the number of views and clicks

Ads on our pages

An image, a headline and a link to your site, in places people read before a move: among search results, in guides and at the end of pages. Always labelled “Advertisement” with your company's name.

  • You pay for counted views: at least half the ad visible for at least a second
  • The same ad for every visitor, with no profiling and no cookies
  • A report of views and clicks when the campaign ends

Prices are a guide. The exact amount, with tax where it applies, is in the quote you get before paying.

How it works

  1. You send an enquiry

    Through the form or by email. Tell us what you'd like to feature or advertise.

  2. You get a quote

    By email: the price, the duration and how it will look. No obligation.

  3. You pay by bank transfer

    We send an invoice with our IBAN. No cards or subscriptions for now.

  4. We switch it on

    Once the payment arrives. At the end you get a report, and it stops on its own.

Rules for every ad

Renters trust us because they see things as they are here. That isn't for sale.

  • Every ad and every featured listing carries a visible label and the name of whoever paid.
  • An ad never looks like a flat listing and never sits among a flat's details.
  • A featured listing gets no special badges and no better price rating: the fair-price bar is worked out the same way for everyone.
  • We use no advertising cookies and no visitor data. Everyone sees the same.
  • We don't run ads for loans, betting, crypto, adult content or other listing portals, or ads that turn people away for their origin, religion or family.
  • We may refuse an ad. If we take one down early, we refund the part that wasn't shown.

Why you see ads and featured listings

Listings labelled “Featured · paid” sit in their own row above the results because a landlord or agency paid for it. We show them only when they match your search, two at most, and change them every hour. All other listings follow in the order you chose, and a featured flat also stays in its usual place. Ads labelled “Advertisement” were paid for by the company named next to the label. We don't pick them for you: everyone on the same page sees the same ad, with no cookies and no profiling.

Questions

How much is a featured listing?
About €5 for 7 days or €13 for 30 days for landlords, and €8 or €20 per listing for agencies. The exact amount is in the quote.
Will I get more enquiries about my flat?
It shows above the regular results to people searching for that kind of flat. We can't promise enquiries, because they depend on the flat, the price and demand. That's why we send you the number of views and clicks.
Can I cancel?
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. If you want the featured listing to start at once, say so in your reply to the quote: the right to withdraw then ends when the service has run, and until then you pay only for the days that have passed. If you let the flat before the end, we move the unused days to your next listing.
Why sell ads by views rather than by the month?
The site is new. With a monthly price you might pay for views that never happen. This way you pay only for the ones we count.
Who sends the invoice?
Klarfels, the site owner's sole proprietorship in Germany. You pay by bank transfer, and the service starts once the payment arrives.
