Median asking rent per m² for each district, the monthly rent of two- and three-room flats by district, and €/m² by neighbourhood.
Every daytime tram stop with the median asking rent per m² of the neighbourhood it runs through.

NajamStanova.com is a free search for long-term rental flats in Zagreb. It brings agency and owner listings together, shows for each one how the asking rent compares with similar flats in the neighbourhood, and sends visitors to the original ad.
Where the numbers come from
- Four times a day we gather long-term rental listings from the websites of 18 agencies, plus listings owners post themselves. We don't take listings from the big classifieds portals.
- We compute the median, the middle value, not the average, so a few luxury flats don't move it.
- District prices come from flat listings from the last 90 days, only for districts with at least 12 listings that state the floor area. Houses are left out.
- We don't know agreed rents, utility bills or actual costs, so we don't make them up.
