How we calculated
The median asking rent from 926 listings for long-term rental flats seen in the last 90 days, from agency websites and landlords on NajamStanova.com. A flat posted several times counts once. These are asking rents from listings, not agreed rents.
We show a district, neighbourhood or flat size only once it has at least 12 listings. Price per m² is the rent divided by the area in the listing. Distance is a straight line from the neighbourhood's centre to Ban Jelačić Square.
